Excellent opportunity with our Mississauga based client for a Bilingual A/R Clerk. This is a four-month contract position and could lead to a permanent position.  
Responsibilities  
  • B2B soft collections
  • Check payment history on accounts before releasing orders
  • Place hold on accounts when necessary
  • Fax and E-mail invoices and statements
  • Respond to customers’ request by E-mail     
  • Assist customers with balances such as past due amounts
  • Interact with customer service and sales reps
Requirements  
·         Bilingual, English/French with good communications skills
·         Good negotiation skills
·         Diplomatic
·         High attention to detail
·         Good problem solving skills
·         Intermediate Word and Excel
·         2-3 years A/R experience
Oracle, an asset
Remuneration $19.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay.
