Excellent opportunity with our Mississauga based client for a Bilingual A/R Clerk. This is a four-month contract position and could lead to a permanent position. |
| Responsibilities |
- B2B soft collections
- Check payment history on accounts before releasing orders
- Place hold on accounts when necessary
- Fax and E-mail invoices and statements
- Respond to customers’ request by E-mail
- Assist customers with balances such as past due amounts
- Interact with customer service and sales reps

| Requirements |
· Bilingual, English/French with good communications skills · Good negotiation skills · Diplomatic · High attention to detail · Good problem solving skills · Intermediate Word and Excel · 2-3 years A/R experience Oracle, an asset |
| Remuneration |
$19.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay. |
